About the Role:
They are searching for a Warehouse Manager to manage 3 direct reports/ supervisors and lead them with a team of 25 indirect reports, be hands on with the operations, customer services and sales team and have full day to day management of the warehouse, inventory control and staff. You will bring a strategic mindset to exceed KPI's and implement process improvements liaising with the operations manager and bring your forward thinking leadership to take this warehouse to the next level.
What's in it for you:
A generous remuneration, Monday to Friday 6am or 9am start time. You choose. 40hour week with a skeleton crew who work Saturdays for Customer Collections only! Basically a 40hour work week.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in leading a warehouse team
- Systems savvy with WMS systems
- Analytical/strategical mindset to take the DC to the next level.
- TFO certified
- Must be able to be hands on and support the team physically
- MUST HAVE FULL CLASS1 DRIVERS LICENSE!
