This Transport Scheduler role is your entry point into the business.
You’ll be part of a collaborative group that manages transport service requirements across New Zealand, a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you’ll learn something new every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating nationwide freight movements. You’ll need to know your NZ geography and love working at pace.
Managing transport management systems (TMS) with meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Problem-solving and managing relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
Supporting with logistics queries. Variety is guaranteed; no two days are the same.
What You’ll Bring
Some experience in dispatching, planning, or scheduling within road transport, or a related logistics or supply chain role.
System savvy, quick to learn new processes and technology.
Naturally curious, resilient, and able to think on your feet.
A true team focus; happy to help others and share the load when things get busy.
Self-motivated, deadline-focused, and thrives in a high-energy team environment.
