About the Role:
This position acts as the first point of contact on site, coordinating driver paperwork and managing the flow of inbound and outbound freight.
The role involves close liaison with drivers, warehouse staff, and head office, as well as the accurate updating of freight movements in the company’s WMS and TMS systems.
The hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating paperwork for incoming and outgoing freight
Updating CartonCloud and Ignition with freight movements
Directing drivers upon arrival and managing on-site vehicle flow
Communicating with warehouse teams and head office to ensure operational efficiency
This is a hybrid administrative role, with responsibilities across both transport and warehouse functions; and is ideal for someone experienced in fast-paced logistics settings.
We're looking for the following:
Previous experience in transport, warehouse, or logistics administration
Strong organisational and numerical skills
Confident communicator who is comfortable liaising with drivers and internal teams
Able to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
