About the Role:

Team are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive General Manager of a large domestic transport company. This role is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start date, so we are seeking someone to jump in and hit the ground running!

Key facets of the role include:

  • Diary management
  • Event management
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Organising travel
  • Administration support

Skills and Experience:

The EGM requires someone who is tech savvy, intuitive, and can think on their feet. Strong administrative skills are necessary in order to succeed. We don't require specific EA experience. However, experience within a similar role would be preferable where you have used transferrable skills including:

  • High competency with administration and communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident using computers, and have the ability to resolve basic issues without asking for help
