About the Role

We offer the ideal platform to launch your recruitment career.  As part of our 4-week hands-on training and induction period, you’ll learn the art of identifying and interviewing talent as well as end to end recruiting processes for temporary assignments.
You’ll become skilled at using the latest and greatest recruiting database system, take ownership of our placement processes and temporary payroll whilst maintaining long term relationships with candidates and clients.
You will be in a prime position to positively influence and change people’s lives!

In addition to this we offer semi flexible hours and remote work on Fridays following your training period.

Skills & Experience

Ideally you will come from a recruiting, freight or logistics background however key to our mutual success will be your ability to develop strong professional relationships whilst maintaining accurate records.
You’ll be super savvy with systems and processes, you dot the i’s and cross the t’s and you’re focused and competent at achieving KPIs.
