What's involved:

A three month temp assignment supporting the management team by providing administrative support in the recruitment and training of ship officers and crew for the new vessel service.

Hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with an immediate start!

You'll be tasked with:
  • Provide administrative support in the recruitment of crew – arranging interviews, pre-employment tests and required certificates
  • Coordinate training for new crew – arranging training venues, arranging crew transport and other logistics requirements
  • Support the Procurement and Operations Officer – assisting with purchasing and tracking of vessel requirements
  • Other special projects as required

A strong administration background and excellent attention to detail
