You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a busy warehouse operation covering distribution, inwards goods and specialist processing functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading six direct reports (team leaders) with a total staff of around 70 across two shifts
Driving productivity and labour efficiency improvements
Maintaining strong health & safety and compliance standards
Supporting the operation through a site relocation in mid-2026
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running daily toolbox talks and shift briefings
Managing performance, behaviour and attendance
Confidently handling people matters and resolving workplace issues in line with policy and best practice
Reviewing SOPs and maintaining consistent operational standards
Analysing productivity data and implementing practical improvements
Working closely with senior operations and health & safety leaders
This is a fully on-site role.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or senior warehouse leader
Confidence managing disciplinary processes and HR matters
Strong people leadership capability in complex team environments
Solid health & safety leadership experience
Ability to identify productivity issues and implement solutions
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, food, FMCG or other high-compliance environments is highly regarded.
