You’ll be joining a nationwide business that are industry experts in temperature controlled 3PL, providing storage and logistic capabilities for some of the country’s highest profile primary food producers and manufacturers.
Just as if you were running your own business, your focus will be managing and enhancing our site operations, driving high performance and engagement through inspired leadership. Your commercial and strategic thinking will be well placed for managing cost and profitability as well as carving out new opportunities for the business.
We all know that customer is King, so you’ll thrive on building strong relationships and can astutely manage customers, suppliers and service providers.
All this requires a commitment to excellence and inspirational leadership that creates an environment of high performance and engagement. Key to your success will be the experience and skills needed for this role:
· 3PL/Warehousing leadership expertise and site management
· Skillful customer management and relationship building skills
· Financial acumen (cost management & reporting)
· Solid background in continuous improvement
· Strong people leadership and empowerment
You’ll also be well versed in health, safety and compliance obligations to protect our people and products we look after.
