Are you a proactive and personable customer service administrator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re on the lookout for a capable and confident Service Coordinator to join a tight-knit team in a well-established, customer-focused business operating in the security systems industry. About the Role:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling up to jobs per day for two busy installers. You'll coordinate appointments across a mix of domestic, commercial, and property-managed clients – handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly team in a practical, down-to-earth office environment in Penrose. What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong phone-based customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling or job management systems
  • Trustworthiness, initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and keen to learn – we value new ideas!
