This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling up to jobs per day for two busy installers. You'll coordinate appointments across a mix of domestic, commercial, and property-managed clients – handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly team in a practical, down-to-earth office environment in Penrose. What You’ll Bring:
- Strong phone-based customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling or job management systems
- Trustworthiness, initiative, and the ability to work independently
