The role: We are seeking a senior operations all rounder who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio key clients, order management, routing, customer service, operations and invoicing.
After 6 months in the role you will have the opportunity to work 50% of the time from home on a rotated shift.
Skills & experience:
5+ years international freight forwarding experience in customer service or operations
The ability to multitask and enjoys variety
A team player, enjoys working in a small team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
