The role
- Manage a set portfolio of clients with diverse freight requirements.
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for air and sea imports and exports, including bookings, documentation, invoicing, and client updates.
- Gain exposure to specialised shipments (training provided if needed).
- Operate within the CargoWise system to maintain accurate and compliant processes.
- Support the Operations Supervisor and play a key role in daily operations.
- Clear progression pathway into a lead position as the business grows.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience across both imports and exports, air and sea.
- Senior operator level, confident managing varied shipments independently.
- Someone motivated to step into a leadership track in the near future.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a positive approach and no need for micromanagement.
