About the Role:  We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to manage the day to day financial administration.  The position is sole charge so it is important that you have the ability to self manage.
Duties include:
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Accounts Payable
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Journals
  • Invoicing
  • Month end reporting
  • Liaise with the external accountant

Skills & Experience :
  • 5+ years Accounts Administration experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in using Accounting packages
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • The ability to work autonomously
