About the Role:
We are seeking an analytical sales support administrator with an international freight background to support the pricing analyst with reporting and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with overseas agents regarding rates
  • Maintaining the freight tariff
  • Conducting operations and sales reporting
  • Participating in supplier negotiations
Skills & Experience:
  • Ideal: International freight forwarding or supply chain graduate (not essential)
  • Experience in operations, customer service, or sales support in shipping or freight forwarding
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for process administration and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
