About the Role
The real magnet for this role is the opportunity to step up to a Management role without prior experience! Opportunities like this are very rare, and in such a solid industry as the courier industry too, which is a prime industry, especially in these turbulent times.
You will be thoroughly trained and will work closely with the Branch Manager in Palmy, but you will have a lot of freedom to do the job your way, as a lot of the BM's day is taken up managing the operational side, so your sales know how is what he needs to complement the team and take the lead.
You will manage a team of 5 reps and handle all the management functions for them on a daily basis. There is a good commission structure set in place for your team and also potential for additional bonus, so all in all a very appealing role.
