About the Role
12 month fixed term contract, looking for a detail-focused individual to join Sea Logistics (Operations) Department - assisting with seafreight billing, invoicing and financial operations.   

Your tasks and responsibilities;
  • Invoicing Seafreight files and ensuring each file is accurate and revenue is maximized
  • Distributing the final invoice and other related documentation to a variety of customers
  • Liaising with shipping lines, sub-contractors and other internal departments within the organisation to ensure all costs are received and have been accrued without errors
  • Coordinating with the Customer Care + Operational Care teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure files are closed in a timely manner 
  • To work with Field Sales and Customer Care teams on credit limit adjustments + maintenance
