About the role:
Starting at 10 hours per week, this position focuses on core accounts support tasks. By September, there’s potential for the role to grow into a full-time position that includes office coordination, admin support and light compliance responsibilities.
Key duties to start:
- Entering overhead AP invoices into CargoWise
- Debtor allocations and daily bank reconciliations
- Preparing weekly and monthly payment batches for processing
- Assisting with office operations – ordering supplies, coordinating travel, updating records
- Supporting compliance and health & safety admin
- Helping the team stay organised and running smoothly
- Prior AP/AR experience (freight or CargoWise exposure a plus)
- Detail-focused with good systems skills – Excel confidence is useful
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
- Keen to grow your skillset over time
