We’re working with a small, well-established freight forwarding business near Auckland Airport who are looking for a reliable Accounts Assistant to join them part-time.
Initially 10 hours per week, this is a permanent position focused on key transactional accounting tasks. There’s potential for the role to expand later in the year for someone open to taking on broader responsibilities across office support and compliance administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Entering overhead invoices into CargoWise
- Bank reconciliations and debtor allocations
- Preparing weekly and monthly payment batches for processing
- AP/AR experience and good attention to detail
- Comfortable using CargoWise or similar freight systems
- Self-managing and dependable
- Background in freight/logistics preferred
