The Role
As Operations Supervisor, you’ll be ensuring the smooth operation of a fleet of 30 rear-loading trucks. Your focus will include
Route planning and optimisation – keeping things efficient and on track
Driver management – supporting a team of professionals
Site risk assessments – working alongside the sales team
Leading & mentoring 2 direct reports

Transport industry experience – You have a proven track record in the industry
Operational leadership & people management – You get results through others

Exceptional communication skills – You’ll interact with drivers, customers & sales
