About the Role
In this fast paced role you'll manage the day to day equipment and transport requirements; proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, as well as communicating to all the appropriate stakeholders.
You'll manage and take responsibility for completing event milestones to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
You'll be assisting your Operations Manager to develop and deliver continuous improvement solutions with the aim of maintaining and improving operational excellence.
What do you bring?
Previous operational support experience, ideally from logistics,shipping or transport
The ability to build genuine relationships with all stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to openly communicate in a close team environment with a wide range of personalities
An affinity with systems and the ability to analyse and solve data discrepancies between different sources
Experience using a logistics planning or ERP system
Solid skills in Excel and even better if you've used Power BI
