About the Company :  A family owned business who have are successful in the construction industry spanning 40+ years.

About the Role: Managing accounts administration functions:
  • Accounts Receivable (Debtor) Reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable (Creditors) Reconciliation
  • Daily Bank Transactional Processing – Various Bank Accounts, Company and Personal Credit Card ledger postings and reconciliations
  • Working with senior management on monthly and mid-month payment run information
Working with an external Accounting firm on;
  • GST Processing
  • Tax Reconciliations
  • Asset schedules and reconciliations
  • Draft preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Providing supporting information to accountants on an ongoing basis
Systems:   MYOB, Exonet and Xero, Microsoft Excel
Benefits:   The role offers flexibility to work between 30 - 37.5 hours per week.  If you are wishing to balance your home aThey are open to 9.30 - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
