About the Role: Managing accounts administration functions:
- Accounts Receivable (Debtor) Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable (Creditors) Reconciliation
- Daily Bank Transactional Processing – Various Bank Accounts, Company and Personal Credit Card ledger postings and reconciliations
- Working with senior management on monthly and mid-month payment run information
- GST Processing
- Tax Reconciliations
- Asset schedules and reconciliations
- Draft preparation of monthly management accounts
- Providing supporting information to accountants on an ongoing basis
