The Company
Our client is an established exporter of essential products into the Pacific region, partnering with manufacturers and clients through long-term, trusted relationships. Providing a comprehensive solution across sales representation, logistics, and financial support, they play a key role in connecting products with customers across the South Pacific.

You’ll be joining a small, professional finance team, working alongside experienced leaders who value accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable across multiple entities
  • Processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinating weekly payments to shipping lines and freight forwarders
  • Handling foreign exchange transactions and month-end duties
  • Supporting ongoing systems and automation improvements
This is an on-site role based in a centrally located office with parking provided.

About You
You’re a grounded, detail-focused Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit, professional team. You take pride in accuracy and efficiency and you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment.

We’re looking for:
  • Solid Accounts Payable experience, ideally with good tenure in previous roles
  • Experience in import/export, freight, or shipping industries is preferred
  • Confident systems user with a knack for spotting process improvements (Excel and SAP)
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
