Reporting to the COO, this senior leadership role is responsible for the movement of containers and FTL freight.
Key areas of focus will be:
driving the strategic growth of this division
ensuring operational excellence, whilst maintaining financial goals and objectives
leadership of a small group of direct reports
managing key client relationships in conjunction with an existing sales team
You'll have the following skills and experience:
Sound business acumen and a strong analytical leaning
A proven track record in a leadership capacity within the New Zealand transport industry will set you up for success
Solid industry connections and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
