You’ll oversee the supply chain for products that are 100% NZ-made, built to last, and trusted by farmers across the country.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Procurement of parts, consumables, and high-value imported items
Managing supplier relationships, including freight and logistics
Setting and monitoring stock levels, replenishment, and stocktakes
Working closely with production, design, and sales teams to align supply with demand
Driving process improvements to lift efficiency and reduce waste
Oversee the stores team to deliver accurate and timely inventory management

This role blends hands-on purchasing and inventory management with oversight of a small team and the chance to influence systems and processes across the business.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management (manufacturing, engineering, or distribution background is advantageous)
Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
Confidence using ERP/MRP systems and producing accurate reporting
The ability to support and motivate a small team
A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to keep operations moving under pressure
