Taking on a small team of business development executives and sales support staff, you will lead from the front in creating valuable revenue streams for the business.
We are looking for a passionate business development expert, and an effective leader who can develop and drive high performance within the team, whilst creating a positive work environment.
We want to hear from you if:
- You can demonstrate a successful track record in freight sales
- Have effective and positive leadership skills
- Enjoy lifting performance and seeing others succeed
- You have experience in pricing, responding to RFQ's/Tenders
- Want to lead a synergistic customer experience across the business development and account management teams
- Can deliver weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting
- Are adept with strategic account planning
