We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager for their Wellington region.  In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a valuable portfolio of customers, nurturing relationships, and presenting at the Board and Senior Executive level. Your expertise in international freight forwarding will be essential, as you will be expected to provide comprehensive answers to client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional solutions.

Strong Key Account Management: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing key accounts, building relationships, and exceeding client expectations as well as presentations at senior and board level

International Freight Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in international freight forwarding, enabling you to provide comprehensive solutions and expert guidance to clients.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey information and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
