With a friendly team, good training and development, this phone-based Account Management role will give you really good experience on your C.V! You would be managing 100 top accounts so this responsibility should not be taken lightly and with the career progression on offer it will definitely open doors in the future - not only within the courier industry, but also into the wider Freight industry as a whole.
Ideally, you will have Customer Service or Sales Experience, empathy and know how to push back as tactfully as possible. You will enjoy working to targets, and have the sort of thrill when you succeed.
If you haven't had a lot of phone experience, but you have done door-door selling and been successful - and enjoyed it - or you have done any other kind of sales or Account Management and you know you could not only sell but manage accounts over the phone, please feel free to submit your c.v.
