Our client, a fast-growing freight forwarding company, is expanding their operations team and recruiting for:
  • Import Operations (Sea & Air)
  • Export Airfreight Operator
These roles are perfect for someone who enjoys managing shipments end-to-end, building strong client relationships, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Take charge of cargo movements from local origin to overseas destinations
  • Prepare and complete shipping documentation accurately and in line with regulations
  • Liaise confidently with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and customs authorities
  • Provide excellent customer service and practical shipment solutions
  • Arrange freight bookings and monitor shipments through to delivery
  • Record shipments, compile carrier and routing details, and calculate international freight charges
  • Track shipment payments and quotas
  • Negotiate with clients and help resolve customs or operational issues
Who You Are
  • Fluent in Mandarin – essential for engaging with Chinese clients
  • Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems is a bonus (training provided)
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and organised, able to manage multiple shipments
