About the role This is a full-time permanent role within the imports customer service team. You’ll be responsible for managing shipments end-to-end, from origin to final delivery. That includes coordinating with carriers, co-loaders, and transport partners, preparing and checking documentation, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
The role also involves preparing quotations, supporting sales activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service delivery. Once you’re confident in the role, there’s the option of working from home one day a week.
