The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a talented Import Customer Services Representative to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their import needs are met with the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of import clients.
- Quoting: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients.
- Order Management: Place overseas orders and negotiate space efficiently.
- Shipment Tracking: Trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive customer reports.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits to foster long-term partnerships.
- Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a team of 7 dedicated client services representatives, with ongoing support and a collaborative atmosphere.
- Great Leadership: Our Client Services Manager is known for their supportive and enjoyable management style.
