About the Role: This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer services representative to continue there growth and development with this thriving business. You will work with a small team of customer service reps, handling a portfolio of clients import shipments.
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Order placement and tracking
- Liaising with overseas agents
- Coordinating shipments through to delivery
- Customer reporting
- 1 - 3 years customer service or import operations experience specifically in international freight forwarding
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
