About the Role: This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer services representative to continue there growth and development with this thriving business.  You will work with a small team of customer service reps, handling a portfolio of clients import shipments.

Duties include:
  • Overseeing a portfolio of clients
  • Liaising with overseas offices 
  • Order placement and tracking
  • Liaising with overseas agents
  • Coordinating shipments through to delivery
  • Customer reporting 
Skills & experience:
  • 1 - 3 years customer service or import operations experience specifically in international freight forwarding
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
