About the Company:  An International Freight Forwarder boasting a large network across the globe. They are successful in their own right, providing excellent service to their clients. 

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced import customer services executive to manage a portfolio of customers covering both air and sea shipments.

The team consists of 1 x Supervisor , 3 x CS Reps, 1 x Sales Support 
Duties include:
  • Register orders in Cargowise
  • Place overseas orders on agents, instructing mode, shipping lines & airlines
  • Negotiate space options
  • Once shipped confirm by cover letter to customs for clearance.
  • Monitor clearance and deliveries for customer reporting
Skills & experience:
  • 2+ years customer service or operations experience specifically in International Freight Forwarding
  • Experience using cargowise
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Proactive and organise
