This company has carved a great niche for itself within the forwarding industry and are looking to add a quality customer service person with imports experience to their team. Based at Airport Oakes, they are a fun-loving bunch, who work hard and play hard, who provide a solid freight service to the forwarding industry.
The role is responsible for the importation of cargo, with all the usual duties that go along with that, such as: liaising with necessary parties, forwarders, cartage companies, customs, etc., and some basic data entry.
The person they need - hopefully YOU - is:
- An experienced Imports Customer Service person
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- A multi-tasker
- A NZ Resident or Citizen - no visa's sorry
- A good communicator with strong customer focus
- A person who is good at following through and delivering on promise
- An assertive type, with strong negotiation skills
