We're looking for an all-rounder well versed in both import and export who can focus on providing the best customer service and solutions for their lucrative clientele. Working in a small team of like professionals, you will get the variety of an end to end role where you can have control over each facet of the freight movement. Cargowise is a must in this role as you will hit the ground running and this minimum requirement will get you far!
On any given day, you would be liaising and sometimes educating clients on the best way to import or export their shipments, placing shipments with overseas offices, reporting shipment milestones to the customer, monitoring the customs clearance and on time delivery requirements. Using Cargowise system, you will have good attention to detail, accurate data entry and be able to converse easily with all different types of people.
