The Business:
Based in Wiri, Our 4PL client offers solutions for integrated container logistics, distribution and supply chain. The company are rapidly developing and therefore require an HR professional to review and employee job descriptions and workflow processes.
The Contract:
Reporting and working closely with CEO you will be consulting, reviewing and updating current staff job descriptions company wide as well as develop new ones.
This role is Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, pending progression and completion of tasks there is flexibility to work from home.
About You:
To succeed in this role you are required to have at least 5+ years' experience in an HR role within the Logistics, Transport or 4PL Industry.
Our client will also consider applicants who have been an Operations Manager with a full understanding of the 4PL process. If you have a diploma or degree in HR this is a bonus!
Key Attributes
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with advanced administration skills
- Previous experience creating and updating job descriptions for staff
- Ability to work autonomously as well as with higher management
- Understanding the full process of Transport & 4PL
