We're seeking a dynamic individual for the newly created position of Head of People and Culture. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and nurture this already outstanding culture. Your primary responsibility will be to deepen staff engagement and uphold this exceptional workplace ethos. This is a hands-on role with a strategic focus, allowing you to take ownership of the People and Culture strategy and drive it throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with company objectives
Enhance and maintain a positive workplace culture
Oversee employee engagement initiatives
Lead and mentor a small team
Actively contribute to the Senior Leadership Team

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in P&C or HR with a strong emphasis on culture and engagement
Ideally, familiarity with the freight and logistics industry
Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage technology for HR initiatives
Strategic mindset with a preference for practical, hands-on approaches
Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, empowering environment
