We're sure you'll agree that this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 3PL operations leader who enjoys being close to the action. You’ll play a key role in shaping and leading a high-performing warehouse operation, with the backing of a strong leadership team and a business that is genuinely investing in its future.
This is not a desk-bound role. You’ll be visible on the floor, working alongside your team, building strong customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of a 3PL division, making sure the operation runs smoothly, customers are well looked after, and the team is set up to succeed.
• Leading the day-to-day 3PL warehouse operation and ensuring consistent service delivery
• Being hands-on and visible across the site, supporting your leaders and teams
• Building a positive, accountable culture where people take pride in what they do
• Developing strong, long-term partnerships with customers, including contract and rate discussions
• Driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational performance
• Leading the rollout of automation and robotics projects, helping modernise the operation
• Working closely with senior leadership to align operational outcomes with commercial goals

• Have proven experience in senior 3PL or warehouse operations roles
• Enjoy being hands-on and close to their teams
• Have led warehouse builds, expansions, or major change programmes
• Are commercially aware and confident managing customer relationships
• Can balance people leadership with operational delivery
