About the Company
This successful Internationally owned freight forwarding company, have recently opened up a new Auckland office!
Based in the CBD, they offer their clients full international freight and logistics solutions including customs brokerage, warehouse and distribution services. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a Customer Service super star to join the existing team of 2 customer service operators.
About the Role
In this Freight Customer Service you will manage accounts, ensuring all bookings are received and shipments are coordinated and followed through to organising delivery. You will confidently communicate with customers, build relationships and problem solve challenging freight issues.
