If you have spent years managing multi-shipper export units for a NZ freight forwarder, working to tight vessel cut offs and dealing with the realities of export operations with NZ shipping lines and depots, this will feel familiar. If you have not, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
You will take full ownership of the Pacific Islands FAK programme, working closely with carriers, depots and internal stakeholders to ensure containers are planned, packed and executed properly. This is a hands-on operational role with real accountability, not a coordination or support position.

- Proven experience handling consolidated export containers gained within a New Zealand freight forwarder
- Confidence managing FAK cargo end to end, including planning, packing flow and execution
- Comfort operating with autonomy and responsibility
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset when things do not go to plan
- Strong professional references that speak to reliability and follow-through
