The role: Export operations 80% seafreight, 20% airfreight, manage the end to end process.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients daily via phone and email
- Process SLI's, coordinate transport
- Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, co-loaders and airlines.
- Process export documentation
- Process invoices
- Send pre-alerts to destination.
- 2+ years export seafreight experience specifically international freight forwarding.
- Cargowise preferred but not essential
- Great communication skills
