The Opportunity:
Join a close-knit group where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire shipping process, and with their diverse workload, you’ll benefit from ongoing training and development. With a balance of air and sea freight operations, this role offers flexibility, including the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

The Role:
- Split between air and sea operations
- Arrange export bookings with airlines and shipping lines
- Manage export documentation (e.g., Phyto certs, Health Certs, COO, Organic Certification)
- Invoicing, status reports, and handling client enquiries
- Assist with imports during off-season
- Maintain and update your training in key industry certifications
- Work closely with management and the sales team to ensure smooth logistics operations
What You Bring:
- Experience in export operations (Air & Sea)
- Familiarity with handling perishable goods is a plus
- Ability to process export documentation and bookings efficiently
- Experience using Cargowise is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
