Looking to step into a role where you’ll manage the export documentation process and play a key part in global trade? We’re seeking an Export Documentation Coordinator to join a supportive, multicultural team in a fast-growing NZ exporter.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning the full export documentation process 

  • Preparing and processing export and domestic sales documents

  • Managing import documentation

  • Supporting process improvement 

What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in end-to-end export documentation, ideally gained in an exporter or freight forwarder environment.

  • Strong knowledge of trade documentation standards and compliance requirements.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment.
