You'll be taking customer queries over the phone and email, building relationships along the way. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, and who can clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You'll ideally have some previous experience in customer service, a stable work history and the desire to join a team where your efforts are recognised.
This role is based near the Auckland Airport and the hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
