This is a hands-on role where you’ll be managing a team of three Customer Service Representatives, handling escalations, and working closely with operations teams around the country to keep customers updated and ensure things run smoothly.
The team deals mostly with email enquiries along with phone calls, so organisation, communication and a calm approach are key.
Alongside the day-to-day management of the team, there’s also a strong focus on reviewing processes and improving the way things are done to make life easier for both customers and internal teams.
If you enjoy leading a team, solving problems and finding smarter ways of working, this role offers plenty of variety.
What we’re looking for
Leadership experience within customer service or operations
Experience in transport, freight, logistics or supply chain
Someone practical who enjoys solving problems and getting things sorted
Comfortable working in a busy operational environment
A supportive, hands-on leader who works alongside their team
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams across the business
