About the Role
  • Customer service support
  • Excellent phone mannerism
  • Basic computer skills. Incl. Excel, Word
  • Entry of customer orders in their computer system
  • General Office Duties
  • Processing of Credits
  • Liaising with Warehouse Team regarding customer orders
  • Customer Enquiry handling
  • Assist Sales Reps with administration tasks when required

Skills & Experience
  • A minimum 1- years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a larger organisation.
  • Excellent communication and connection skills.
  • Excellent data processing
  • Good time management
