About the Role:
Focusing on import air & sea your responsibilities will be providing excellent customer service in the end to end process - from placing bookings with overseas offices, shipment tracking, liaising with customers, customer quotations, phone sales & sales leads confirmation, backing up the sales team and also general admin.
Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years experience in the freight forwarding industry. Cargowise beneficial but not essential.
