Our client are a well-established, successful transport company looking for their next Customer service star. They have over 200 employees and are steadily growing. Working in a team of 5-6, you will look after your own clientele to deliver them the best that you can.
You will be proactive, dynamic, solution focussed. Your main aim is to make a customer feel special by being attentive, engaged and always be one step ahead! Your communication style should be quick, precise and positive.
Your previous experience will be in logistics ideally with road transport but if you have worked within a service industry that dealt with drivers then this would be really good for you!
