About the Company
Do you want to work for an exciting company with a fast-paced work environment where no 2 days are the same?  Working with high end clients in the pharmaceutical and bio lab industries, liaising with overseas offices, global company.

About the Role
The role is busy and fast-paced, you will be dealing with customers via email and phone, processing orders, and liaising with customers and other parties on status of shipments.
There will also be some data entry and processing of orders to be done on the system.

Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have 1-2 years' minimum experience in customer service, from any industry.  Pharmaceutical/health care or courier background is ideal but not essential.
You could be a recent grad with excellent people skills - and you will need a strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, dependable.
