About the Role
Working in a team of 8 you'll be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to an assigned group of customers. You'll be working to tight timeframes and help to provide timely solutions and proactive communication channels. You'll be reporting to a warm and inclusive manager who has been with the business for some time - they know their stuff!
Who are you?
You have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service; ideally in a logistics, transport, or shipping environment
You have a strong desire to learn from and collaborate with your team
You have a drive for quality in all you so and loads of resilience
