About the Role
Managing a team of four direct reports you'll be working closely with your Account Manager to ensure that customers are happy with their service levels and to address any issues.
You'll also be the account manager's right hand person - attending client meetings in their place and dealing with any escalations
KPI and customer satisfaction reporting will also be a part of this role
